“Scholarships 4 Us, LLC is the Legislative-Compliance enterprise for high school students and potential collegiate athletes to ensure their eligibility is maintained to compete in their prospective league or association through the prudent and secure management of Prize Money in The Trust of Scholarships 4 Us. We provide students a national standardized platform to accumulate Prize Funds funded with Prize Money in competitions and tournaments and Exclusive Rights of Use for the S4Us.portal™ and The Trust of Scholarships 4 Us for youth organizations to manage the events. 

 

When an eligible student enrolls in The Scholarships 4 Us Program the student establishes what is known as their (ESA) Earning and Savings Account that is assigned to an Enrollment ID. In every event, Student-Participants will accrue savings and have the opportunity to accumulate Prize Funds funded with Prize Money based on Place Finish. The accrued savings and Prize Funds funded with Prize Money shall be managed within The Trust of Scholarships 4 Us which is managed using the S4Us.portal™.

Scholarships 4 Us, LLC is not a nonprofit scholarship organization that manages and disburses donor and sponsor tax-deductible contributions. We are a for-profit third-party enterprise that manages Prize Funds funded with Prize Money under The 5 Principles of Amateurism with the intended purpose for the funds to be disbursed as a Scholarship Award. Former Student-Participants are entitled to request their accumulated Prize Funds funded with Prize Money as either Prize Money (taxable income) or a Scholarship Award (non-taxable income).

Usage of The Scholarships 4 Us Program ensures high school students and potential collegiate student-athletes maintain their eligibility to compete in the prospective league or association through the prudent and secure management of Prize Money in The Trust of Scholarships 4 Us. Scholarships 4 Us, LLC has no affiliation with the NCAA®, NAIA®, NJCAA®, NACE®, or postsecondary educational institutions but may provide records regarding Student-Participants’ enrollment, participation, and disbursement request to ensure our commitment to being the Legislative-Compliance enterprise for high school students potential collegiate athletes."
