The 5 Principles of Amateurism

​In order to avoid confusion about the concept of Amateurism, Scholarships 4 Us, LLC formed The 5 Principles of Amateurism that will ensure high school students and potential collegiate athletes maintain their elian eligible student to compete in their prospective league or associstion.

  1. A student must not have entered into a verbal or expressed agreement with an agent(s) that may financially profit from their participation, performance, or Place Finish in a competition or tournament in The Arts, Sports, or Esports.

  2. A student must not have participated in a professional tryout or signed with a professional team.

  3. A student must not have not accepted any remuneration for participating in a competition or tournament.

  4. A student must not accepted Prize Money based on Place Finish in a competition or tournament.

  5. A student must has not have agreed to, signed, or received benefits from an NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) deal or contract

A former Student-Participant will forfeit their accumulated Prize Money and be considered for investigation and prosecution for fraud if it is plausible that a Student-Participant intentionally did not disclose their compliance to The 5 Principles of Amateurism.
