for sexual misconduct or abuse and any willful misconduct that jeopardizes the health, safety, and well-being of Student-Participants, families, friends, or spectators.

  • All concerns of potential sexual misconduct or abuse from an Accredited Hosts™ MUST first be reported to local law enforcement agency with the complaint then to be emailed to the following email address: iReport @Scholarships4Us.com. Scholarships 4 Us, LLC will work directly with the complainant(s) to obtain evidence and determine the appropriate course of action.

 

  • Any willful act committed by an Accredited Hosts™ that jeopardizes the health, safety, and well-being of Student-Participants, families, friends, or spectators, or an act, publicly or privately, that constitutes bigotry, discrimination, hate, physical violence, or politicization, must be reported to the following email address: iReport @Scholarships4Us.com.

 

  • An Accredited Hosts™ holds jurisdiction over Student-Participants’ participation in their Accredited Events. An Accredited Hosts™ may disqualify and/or determine a Student-Participant ineligible to compete in their Accredited Event™ for any willful act that jeopardizes the health, safety, and well-being of Student-Participants, families, friends, or spectators, or an act, publicly or privately, that constitutes bigotry, discrimination, hate, physical violence, or politicization. Such act(s) must be reported to an Accredited Hosts™ to determine their eligibility to compete in their Accredited Event™.

 

  • Potential sexual misconduct or abuse by a Student-Participant MUST be reported by an Accredited Hosts™ to local law enforcement agency with the complaint then to be emailed to the following email address: iReport @Scholarships4Us.com. Scholarships 4 Us, LLC holds jurisdiction to expel and determine a Student-Participant ‘Permanently Ineligible’ to be enrolled in The Scholarships 4 Us Program and compete in an Accredited Event™.
